[/caption]You know you live on an island when you and all of your friends run out of propane and go without it for at least 3 weeks due to the island gas shortage! Hence, no cooking for 3 weeks and learning just how many meals you can make sans gas before you and your sweet husband lose it! Luckily, we finally snagged a white tank last week and are set for a while. Thank goodness!
Some of you may have seen my brief business venture on Facebook -- my ambitious plan to cook meals for students 2 days a week. Well, the gas shortage sabotaged my plan, and now that gas is back, "my get up and go got up and went" (as Charlie likes to say!). Speaking of getting up and going -- time to meet Charlie for lunch!
